THE MARAUDERS, THE DAUGHTER,

AND THE DRAGON

To say that Azure Brine is at odds with her father would be an understatement. A new governor has emerged in the League of Islands, and her father has completely bought in to his “Humans First” rhetoric, pushing their once-strong relationship to the breaking point. Their connection is truly put to the test when her father decides to join the governor’s ship on a voyage to the Capitol Isles for the inauguration. But when Azure learns the governor has nefarious plans for the islands, and that her father is in danger, she and her best friend (a foul-mouthed bird named Robin) set out across the archipelago to save him.

Along the way they meet a reanimated skeleton with confidence issues, a group of pirates who just want to sing and have adventures, and…a dragon.

 

THE FOUNDLING, THE HEIST, AND THE VOLCANO

Azure and her crew, the Marauders, take a job to find a long-lost treasure on an island dominated by an active volcano. But instead of the treasure, they end up finding a young girl from another world, lost and alone. In order to help her find her way back home, the crew discovers they will have to steal a magical relic from the biggest, most secure casino on Mirth Island.

But Azure’s friend, the dragon named Zoth-Avarex, is keeping a secret about the child’s world of origin that will put everyone at risk. And the most feared pirate in the League of Islands is single-minded in his desire to seek revenge against Azure and her friends.

 

THE GRIMOIRE, THE GODS, AND THE GIRL

When former Governor Pratt is broken out of jail by his sycophantic followers, a civil war in the League of Islands seems inevitable. In addition to building an army, his first order of business is to capture and imprison the Marauder King.

Azure and the rest of the Marauders must try to rescue their friend and stop Pratt before a devastating war breaks out. To achieve this goal, Azure will need to learn much more about the nature of magic.

And the only place she can gain this knowledge is across the vast sea on the mysterious Continent.
