SINS OF THE MAKER trilogy

Bound by a vow of loyalty to the Devil who made him, Saer—the first demon and Pride himself—exists for a single-minded purpose: harvest souls to feed the ailing creator he serves above anything or anyone else.

Then the demoness Neyu, incarnation of Lust, makes Saer question what he understands his existence to mean. Every touch or glance from Neyu burns through Saer—the irresistible pull between them at blatant odds with his purpose…and his vow.

One does not love another above the Devil without consequence, so when Saer surrenders to his feelings for Neyu, the Hells shriek—and he's woefully unprepared to endure the punishment for his sins.

Fallen’s First, Book one of the Sins of the maker trilogy, will be released from Shadow Spark Publishing on September 19, 2025

Kassidy's best memories as a child involved her father taking her to the local—very tiny—mall every weekend where she got to pick out one or two new books to keep her occupied over the course of the week. Though she started with middle-grade horror (Goosebumps, anyone?) she progressed to multiple genres and authors, losing herself amongst the pages for hours at a time. She even got in trouble at school for reading under her desk when the teacher attempted to give math lessons.

When it came time to pick a career field in college, Kassidy made an active decision to keep creative writing a hobby, and turned towards science. For over a decade, she dedicated herself to finishing undergrad school with a bachelor's in biology, then pursuing a career in medicine. During this time, she also met and married her husband, Chris.

Ultimately, Kassidy graduated with an MD from Creighton University in Omaha, NE and then shipped up to her home state of Washington to complete a residency in the specialty of family medicine.

In her spare time, Kassidy enjoys baking, sideseat video gaming, and a yearly attendance to Emerald City Comic Con. She has an unhealthy addiction to character art and would gladly spend all her money on talented artists who bring her fire babies to life.
