Douglas Jern was born in Lund, Sweden and lives in Nagoya, Japan, where he makes his living as a translator and writer. He’s still not sure how a decidedly indoors person like himself ever managed to leave his hometown, let alone end up halfway around the world, but it just goes to show that you never know where life will take you. When he’s not busy tapping away at his keyboard, he likes to read, play video games, and cook.
